Description: QUICSEAL 201 is a polyurethane sealant that is elastomeric, non-sag, and reacts with moisture in the atmosphere to form a flexible rubber seal. It is easily gunnable and suitable for a variety of building materials, including cementitious materials, ceramics, glass, metal, anodized aluminum, wood, etc.

Surface Preparation:

• Clean, dry, and remove any oil, grease, and loose particles from the substrates.
• Weak parts of the joint should be grinded and blown out with compressed air.
• QUICSEAL 404 BACKER ROD is recommended for placing into the joint.

Application:

• Apply QUICSEAL 201 with a barrel gun into the prepared joint and tool immediately.
• For optimum adhesion on porous substrates, QUICSEAL 201 Primer is recommended.

Packing:

• 600ml per sausage

Storage:

• The shelf life for QUICSEAL 201 in unopened and undamaged packaging is 12 months.
• Store under cool conditions to prevent surface evaporation and protect from direct sunlight.
