Description: QUICSEAL 535 Paver-Top N is a single-component, quality-controlled, factory-blended, ready-to-use monolithic surface hardening compound. It consists of a special blend of hardwearing aggregates and high-performance workability admixtures, applied as a dry shake over freshly floated concrete or floor screed.

Typical Uses: QUICSEAL 535 provides a highly abrasion-resistant surface to concrete floors using the dry shake method. It is ideal for industrial areas with heavy traffic, including car parks, ramps, workshops, loading bays, and factory floors.

Instructions for Use:

1. Base concrete should be placed and compacted following good concrete practices.
2. QUICSEAL 535 is applied at different rates based on the usage requirements.
3. Broadcast QUICSEAL 535 in two applications perpendicular to each other for uniform coverage.
4. Sprinkle 2/3 of the required quantity onto a freshly spread and floated concrete slab surface.
5. Allow time for QUICSEAL 535 to be moistened before floating.
6. Float by hand or mechanical power to embed the hardener into the concrete surface.
7. Allow a time interval before the second broadcast.
8. Broadcast the remaining QUICSEAL 535 at a right angle to the first and power towelled for a wear-resistant surface.
9. Further troweling with a power float is recommended for the desired finish.

Curing: Proper curing and sealing are essential for optimum performance. Treat the floor with QUICSEAL 507 CURE-SHIELD WB curing compound upon completing QUICSEAL PAVER-TOP application. Other curing methods like polyethylene sheets are also acceptable.

Packing & Coverage:

• Supplied in sealed 25 kg bags.
• Coverage:
  • Light traffic: 3.0 – 3.5 kg/m² (7 – 8m²/bag)
  • Moderate traffic: 4.5 – 5.0 kg/m² (5 – 5.5m²/bag)
  • Heavy traffic: 7.0 – 7.5 kg/m² (3 – 3.5m²/bag)

Storage: The shelf life of QUICSEAL 535 is 12 months when stored unopened in a cool and dry place.
