APPLICATION

MasterFlow 810 can be mixed to flowable or trowelable consistency. Water quantity for a 25 kg bag varies between 4.5 liters (flowable) and 3.2–3.4 liters (trowelable). Water addition may be influenced by on-site temperature conditions; trials are recommended for accuracy.

Mixing should continue until the grout achieves a smooth, lump-free appearance. Best results are attained within 30 minutes of mixing. Adequate substrate preparation, saturation with water, and proper curing are crucial. Cleaning tools with water before hardening is essential.

ESTIMATING DATA

A 25 kg bag of MasterFlow 810 yields approximately 13.5 liters of flowable grout and 12.5 liters of trowelable grout.

PACKAGING & SHELF LIFE

Packaged in 25 kg multi-ply paper sacks, MasterFlow 810 has a shelf life of approximately 12 months when stored in a cool, dry, unopened environment.
