Colors:
- White RAL 9003 (Also available in black and other shades upon request).
Fields of Application:
- Under tiles in wet rooms (bathrooms, kitchens, etc.), terraces, and roofs.
- On drywall panels before plastering, tiling, etc.
- Roofs and walls, prior to the installation of insulation and soundproofing panels.
Properties/Advantages:
- Highly resistant to ponding water and alkalis of the cement.
- Increased resistance to bending and stretching.
- Excellent compatibility with subsequent cementitious layers (tile adhesives, cement screeds, etc.).
- High adhesion and crack-bridging properties.
- Fast-drying.
- Applicable on various construction surfaces (concrete, plaster, metal, wood, etc.).
- Eco-friendly (does not contain solvents or bitumen) and user-friendly (water-based, one-component).

Appropriate Primers on Usual Substrates:
- Concrete, Cement Screed: Revinex® (diluted with water 1:4)
- Metal (Iron, Steel): Neotex® Metal Primer
- Inox, Galvanized Steel, Aluminium: Neotex® Inox Primer
Instructions for Use:
Substrate Preparation:
- Ensure the surface is stable, clean, dry, and free of dust, oil, grease, and loose materials.
- Remove poorly adhering materials and older coatings.
- Mechanical or chemical cleaning may be required.
- Smooth irregularities and create optimal conditions for adhesion.
Priming:
- Apply the appropriate NEOTEX® primer before the application of Neoproof® PU360.
- For cementitious substrates, consider Revinex® diluted with water, Silatex® Primer, or Vinyfix® Primer.
Application:
- After priming, apply Neoproof® PU360 in at least two layers by roller, brush, or airless spray.
- The first layer is diluted 5% with clean water, while subsequent layers are applied undiluted.
- Apply each layer in a vertical or different direction than the previous one.
Special Notes:
- Do not apply under wet conditions or if rain is expected during application or curing.
- Ensure substrate temperature during application and curing is at least 3°C above dew point.
- In areas requiring tiles, plastering, etc., broadcast quartz sand during the application of the final layer for enhanced adhesion.
- After Neoproof® PU360 hardens, remove any loose grains with a high suction vacuum cleaner.
- Use an elastic tile adhesive for tiling (e.g., type C2TE S1).
- Reinforce with Neotextile® in areas prone to stagnant water.
