VINSTOPS – Flexible PVC Waterstop

Overview:

VINSTOPS is a flexible PVC waterstop manufactured from high-grade polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin. It is specifically designed for sealing construction, expansion, and settlement joints in reinforced concrete structures. VINSTOPS meets the requirements of TCVN 9407:2014 and BS 2571.

Application:

• Used for sealing construction and expansion joints in concrete to form a continuous watertight diaphragm.
• Commonly applied in water-retaining and excluding structures such as reservoirs, sewage tanks, dams, pools, basements, tunnels, retaining walls, pits, and elevator partitions.
• Available in various shapes for centrally and externally placed joints, as well as for expansion and settlement joints.

Installation Instructions:

• VINSTOPS must be securely installed in its correct position while concrete is being placed.
• Concrete should be fully compacted around VINSTOPS to ensure no voids or porous areas remain.
• Welding on the construction site involves heating connecting leads of two rolls of VINSTOPS simultaneously (about 180oC), jointing them tightly until the leads are hard.
